Delivery Timeframes
All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.

Orders placed before the daily cut-off are usually dispatched the same day. If delays occur, your order will be shipped on the next business day.
Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed Monday to Sunday
- Tracking details are sent via email once your order is shipped
- Please ensure your contact and shipping details are correct at checkout
Delayed Deliveries
Most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, but delays can occasionally happen due to:
- Postal network disruptions
- Weather conditions
- High demand periods
Please allow up to 4 business days beyond the estimated delivery window before contacting us about a delay.
Order Marked as Delivered
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout
- Check around your property (mailbox, safe places)
- Ask neighbours or household members
If you still cannot locate your order, contact us and we will begin an investigation with the shipping provider.
Replacements will only be issued if the courier confirms the parcel was not successfully delivered.
Order Not Delivered
If your order has not arrived and is not marked as delivered after 7 business days from dispatch:
- Contact our support team with your order details
- We will open an investigation with the courier
- Depending on the outcome, a replacement may be issued

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we aim for fast dispatch, AU Gummies Store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
We do not offer refunds or compensation for delayed deliveries, including express shipping.
